Our product vision involves connecting traditional AC systems with modern DC solutions, enable seamless energy sharing, and smart charging of homes and industry.

You'll lead the design of Starflow’s energy solutions, ensuring that they not only function seamlessly but connect with people on a personal level, and thus cementing Starflow's position as a leader in the energy landscape.

What you will be in charge of
As an industrial designer at Starflow, you’ll be more than just a designer - you’ll be a problem-solver, innovator, and leader in shaping how our technology is experienced by users.
From initial sketches to final production, you’ll own every element of the product, ensuring it’s tested, refined, and perfected for the real world.
Rapid prototyping and testing will be essential as you refine the product, collaborating closely with engineers to balance technical constraints and creative possibilities.
Your experience with materials will ensure designs are scalable for mass production while balancing sustainability and quality.
You’ll make sure the technology is intuitive and user-friendly, creating seamless interactions that make advanced systems feel simple.
You’ll influence everything from product design to marketing materials, ensuring that our core values - boldness, integrity, and truth - shine through.

Experience with integrating different components
You’ll be working with microcontrollers, PCBs, sensors, and other internal and external elements, ensuring they work together to create a seamless product experience.
Deep understanding of how humans interacts with products
You understand that great design isn’t just about how a product looks - it’s about how people feel and engage with it. You’ll design experiences that connect with users on a deeper level.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes
You know how design impacts cost, sustainability, and scalability, and you’ll ensure our products are practical for mass production without compromising on quality.

You choose the location - whether it’s your favorite café, restaurant, a walk in the park, our office, on Teams etc. The most important thing is that you pick a setting where you feel comfortable and at ease.
This meeting is all about getting to know each other, answering any questions you may have, setting clear expectations for both sides, and finding out what’s important to you in a job.
Now it’s time to meet the team behind the vision. You’ll get a feel for the people, culture, and how we work. We’ll dive into your motivations and experience and see how they fit with what we’re building.
A fixed part of the meeting will be dedicated to you interviewing Starflow. This means that you will get to set the agenda for this part, ask the questions and get the opportunity to dig deep into any aspects of the role, team, or company that you want to know more about.
We encourage you to be thorough and ask challenging questions. Our goal is to provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision about joining Starflow.
We'll work together on solving a real challenge you can expect to get in the role. This isn't a test but rather an opportunity for both parties to see how we collaborate and something that allows you to get a taste of what challenges in the role would be like.
